In regard to the Veterans Match Play event, most players are keeping abreast of the situation, however it is imperative that opponents contact one another in regard to playing times.  If this cannot be agreed upon in a convenient fashion, an arrangement should be made in regard to one player forfeiting from the other.  This is why a schedule should be maintained so that the final can be played by the specified date.

Friday 22nd August 2008 – Emerald Lakes Veterans Shield Day -  an excellent response has been made to this event with in excess of 20 players nominating.  Don’t forget this date!!!  Hit off time and other relevant details will be passed  on to participants on Wednesday 13th August.  Don’t forget monies are to be paid by Wednesday 6th August 2008.
